Replace you link as below:

<a href=http://myserver1:8080/BOE/opendoc/openDocument.jsp? .etc.. </a>.

<a href=\"../../opendoc/openDocument.jsp? .etc.. </a>"

so don't put the server name in your URL, use ".." as the link above.

and if you want to create your link dynamically from your source report please see the below image.

step 1 is to change your Prefrences.

*in step 3 right click on you report element that you want use your link.
