Thanks for the reply. For single group it is working fine. I have different payscale Group...say E1, E2, E3 etc...now requirement is:

E1:

Basic  = 25% of fixed pay (achieved)

E2:

Basic - 50% of fixed pay

How to achieve this?

Please help
