If you see the bapi properly there is a Table parameters

PARTNERADDRESSES like BAPIADDR1.

Hope You have to populate all street details by that structure.

Like

STR_SUPPL1 = Street 2

STR_SUPPL2 = Street 3 .

Try like this.
