Hi,
As it's obvious from the screenshot you shared, there is 9,964.00 INR in period 02/2013 difference,
- First thing to do is to go to the new result table for that period and check if there is wage type with this amount, my first guess is that you should check wage types for retroactive calculation difference which are /551 to /553 or those specific to your country.
- If that wasn't the reason for your problem, you can simply check the values under each symbolic account, when retroactive happens for each wage type posting is reversed and then posted again, if amount is different for this wage type you will find that difference in the node of the symbolic account itself in the posting log, these difference in debit and credit side should sum up and post in debit or credit side to balance the posting according to if the employee's salary was increased or decreased. so check the posting for each symbolic account carefully as there might be certain wage type that did post at all.
