I think,you know very well about If you check Field " Mandatory" in V/08 for any condition type then definitely ,you need to maintain condition record thats why SAP has given this option .I donno any solution in my mind right now without maintaining condition record / remove mandatory option in V/08 why because it will automatically inactivated so,no effect by it on Pricing in sales order level .
