webi conditional formatting rules not correct in web client

Hello,

I have a problem with conditional formatting. For example see the picture below, the arrow has a current value of 15459. Then the arrow has to be green.

The condition works correct, if I open the webi report via Rich internet application client. . But If I open via web client in the BI Launch pad it is not working correct and the arrow is red.Do you have an idea why this is happening? We are  using BO 4.0 SP05
