Venu, if you put ' Update terminated site:sap.com' in Google, the very first link has an answer that you'd need to look in transaction SM13 for the update termination. That's exactly what I called basic troubleshooting (and it needs to be done before posting on SCN).
Obviously if update is terminated there can be no output generated from the PO.
