Its always difficult to understand any issue with just a bit of information provided.
How about your connection group for logical and cross system group of connectors.?
If you are trying to run the risk analysis reports across the cross systems connector group then first of all you must define Cross System connetor group and assign the corresponding sysytems in that group.
Logical connector group consists of connectors specific to a landscape whereas cross connector group consists of systems of multiple landscapes.
