Let us name systems like this.
System1: IW_FND and SEGW
System2: ECC
-> Now the 'Local App' flag needs to be set in the System alias you created in System 1.
-> In System 1, Instead of registering from SEGW, goto /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and register the service.
-> No settings are required in System 2 for this scenario.
