I was throgh the SAP note and check every thing, I am using the same SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert key for another jco connection they working fine, I had just problem with BI connection.

I tried to rester SAP portal server, after restart I cannot logon the SAP portal.

I get this message when I am trying to Logon  in SAP portal it not mater which user i used.

unknown login exception: no root LoginException found ,

I had not chang any thing in Visual admin,

Any idea
