Hi,
We are getting below error message intermittently for multiple Crystal Reports in enterprise server.
"Error in File ~tmp.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters."
The same report runs fine minutes later when re-scheduled even though we did not make any changes.
It is not consistent and is not limited to one report.
We are using Crystal Reports 2011 SP5 and BO 4.0 SP5 (SSO configuration)
Database: BW 7.3
