in one of our projects we need to fill the position of the person using a customer solution (by calling the function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for infotype PA0001 in ABAP).
This works well.
The customer has got an active PA / PD integration, so to move changes to the PD, we plan to use the report RHINTE00.
However there are organizational changes that lead to moving a person from an existing position (occupied only by him/her) to a different position (not occupied). RHINTE00 does a good job with this, but leaves infotype HRP1007 untouched.
What is the most standard way - how to achieve setting correct values in 1007 according to the current state? We tried using report RHVAKRI0, but that only sets the settlement of the position, does not set correct value in 1007 once the position is now free (vacant).
I've searched through the forums, but none of the posts seemed to solve this problem.
Any help is appretiated.
