Dear Experts,
my client want to change all Service Tax Gl's tax category is *(all tax allowed) before assign in >(output tax code).
before all tax category is assigned > only for taking output tax but, now the scenario is RCM-Reverse charge mechanism.So that we want to take credit input tax ,output tax as well.
As of my Knowledge if gl have a balance then system not allowed to change tax category,So i want to transfer total balance to 1 temporary GL, then we need to change tax category.
using f-04 -"post with clearing" i have transferred all service gl's balance in to 1 temporary gl.then check fbl3n & fagll03 System shows no open items .
after i have change all service gl's tax category(*).But particular 3 gl's showing the error.
Error 1: Changing the tax code not possible; account has a balance
Message no. FH081
Error 2: The data contains error, you cannot save
Message no. FH511
kindly provide me the solution
