You could use Badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and method PROCESS_ITEM.
Also, You can look at sample code for method PROCESS_ITEM to get an idea.
Goto SE18->ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST -> enter.
select method and Goto -> sample_code-> display.
