My Crystal Report 2011 is running for a long with out any action

Hi CR Experts ,

I am using Crystal Reports XIR2 based on BOXIR2 - universe ,

My report has NINE  filter prompts with 'ALL' also ,    here all eight prompt filters are working fine except one prompt ,

Below Prompt has problem :

Contract Service Level  - ( with ALL input parameter CR is working fine )   But with one input value like ' GOLD'  or ' silver '  OR both values  , report is keep on running with out any thing ,

If i select other input values except GOLD OR Silver , for ALL and other inputs report is running fine with data / without data ,

Problem is only with the inputs like ' GOLD ' OR 'silver ' only .

Please help me .
