I will assume that you are NOT using shipment scheduling (OLME > Purchase Orders > Set up Stock Transport Order > Assign Delivery type and Checking rule > "shipment scheduling" is unchecked)
Two common reasons for messages similar to your description are
1. Factory calendar in the destination plant has holidays between April 30 and May 5, which caution you not to use holidays for a delivery date.
2. The message is a warning that materials will not be available in the supplying plant in time to meet the April 29 deadline.
