If you wish to store the files on the NT OS of the SAP server when
you print, the following consulting note describes the procedure:
Note 161516 - Printing into a file or anywhere else in NT
To print a pdf file on the R/3 server as described in Note 161516, you
must create an output device which uses Access Method L, and type 'PDF1'
and a combination of Command Sets and a windows script.
Some knowledge of commands/scripts is needed. Note 161516 provides
a sample script. Your os admin should be able to help if required.
Otherwise, you can consider that create a addon program to use FM
FM 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF' or 'CONVERT_OTF' to convert the spools
in backgroud and store them in the server.
