As of my knowledge, with a single condition type, you cant post to different GL based on PO document type. Create two freight condition types - one for local PO and one for foreign PO. You may create new condition table with PO document type (by appending KOMPAZ structure and adding the field to the field catelogue). Add the condition table to the access sequence and assign to both condition types. Include both the condition types in MM pricing procedure with different transaction key. Maintain the GL account against transaction key in OBYC. Maintain the condition record in MEK1 based on document type.
Now the condition type will be triggered based on PO document type and the corresponding GL will be posted during accounting document creation.
