Go to SE80 and then click on MIME repository there you can find 2 application ORM and SAP then navigate to the below path.
Click on SAP->BC->WEB Dynpro->SAP->Public->GRC->AC->Dashboard->Risk_Analysis_user_level.
Then under this check whether all the files are ending .SWF extension if it is ending with .BKF then remove it by right clicking on it and then go to properties change it and save.After that run batch risk analysis job in full sync mode.
