hi all thanks for replying...client procure materials and issue to contractor ie stock transfer between storage loc..but client wanted accounting entry to be generated at stock transfr within storgae loc hence activated split valuation and create val type = storage loc so material can be valuated on storage loc level.
I tried converting message no me127 to error but if user creates material without putting valuation category, system will not show val type field in po..I tried making valuation category field mandatory in material master but that also makes other fields like std price futre price valid from fields mandatory as same field status group used.
Can we remove unwanted fields from FSG???
