I followed the tutorial (AC10.0/10.1: Create Rule Based on Risk Violation in Request, Using BRF+ Procedure Calls) to the letter but still get the error Element 'Boolean' is not in the context when adding a rule to the ruleset. See snapshots

Any idea what I did wrong?
