You can not achive this using one workschdule rule since the working partern (Daily work schdule) for each team is deferent.so you have to go for 4 workschdule rule according to the pattern.
your second problem is using feature SCHKZ. this will be default workschdule rule according to your return value (Company code, PA ,PSA, EG,ESG,). so if you conside all these teams (team1, team2 team3 or team 4) as employee group or employee sub group then you can achive this by using schkz.
if you thought this is not practical then you can avoid SCHKZ feature and user manualy hv to assigne the workschdule in IT0007 according to the team.
