Yes you can include the plan version '.:' for corresponding objects into your transport request using report RHMOVE30 or in order to reactivate the objects in the current plan version, you can run report RHWFACTI. This report active objects not yet active in current client. You need to run RHWFACTI in target client ie prod can you see these objects in HRP1000?
