I hope R is not a standard release indicator.

Check the release indicator along with AKPT Sir,s comment.

If the Released for Quotation is ticked for Release Ind R, then you can see the status 05 in table after release.

If you see the Released for Quotation is un-ticked for release indicator R, then it will be status 03.
