I have one requirement that; Backflush should come to the component in order. But in material master of component the Bulk material tick mark should not be removed.
First of all i will explain the process :
Component is used as Bulk material in regular orders (production orders). this component is issued from the shopfloor ( work center). This is the regular process. But some times customer is asking the parts (semifinished product). But our strategy is make to order. consumption of each material accountability will come under sale order wise(Final product). so whenever customer is asking the some semifinished product.Then that time they are making seperate sale order for that part and manufacturing that part.Then they are providing to the customer. Now the problem is came that when additional part (Customer additional requirement of the part) is manufacturing,the Bulk material component also consuming. So this consumption is going to the accountability in the regular sale order product. so to avoid this discripancy; user want to issue the Bulk material from stores to ppc (production planning control) store to shopfloor.
For this i have tested in development like without removing Bulk material tick mark in material master and i have changed in order in co02 transaction as backflush activation and removal of bulk material tick mark. after that i have done conformation in co11n. But here i am not getting any 261 movement document related to Component in CO03,checking in Documented goods movement. But i got in mb51. Here is there any costing issue will occur if i am doing like this? why in 261 Document is not showing in CO03. Can i suggest the above procedure to the user. if any costing related issues are there for Bulk material and backflush. Pleas guide me.
