I assume if you follow Standard program BCALV_TEST_GRID_F4_HELP & that output,you will get some help.

It is using OOPS alv concept.

you can also search BCALV* in se38,you will get some other program also.

And one another thing,to fetch domain fixed value DD_DOMA_GET is helpful.
